Your career determines your life in the future and I believe you want to have a good life in the future. Therefore, you have to be really careful when taking risks in your career. Before you take any risks you have to know all about the career of your choice. First, you have to know your career paths. Career path is the way that you progress in your work. Career path can help you to achieve your goal in your career. Second, you have to know what challenges you are facing. By knowing your challenges you can prepare yourself properly to face them. Knowing your challenges can also help you to accomplish good results. Third, you have to know your opportunities. Taking a risk could give you an opportunity to improve your career but it also can harm you if you are not careful enough. That is why you have to know your opportunity so that you can smartly use it.

After you know everything about your career, you have to know all about yourself. First, you have to know your strength. Knowing your strength can help you to identify the risks that are most relevant for you. Your strength can help you a lot in your career of choice. Second, you have to know your weaknesses. If you know your weakness, you can understand which skills you need to work on. If you are able to improve yourself through you weakness, your weakness might turn into your strength. Third, you have to know your interest. People spend most of their time in their career, so if you choose the wrong decision you are going have to face it for the rest of your life. That is why you have to really know what your interest is.

After you already know everything about your career of your choice and yourself you can take action. Before you actually take action there are several things that you have to do. First, make decision. Decisions have to be made carefully. Before making any decisions you have to look at the worst possibilities that you will face so that you can prepare yourself to be ready in any situations. Second, make plan. Thoughtless plans can make it harder to reach your goal. Plan can be a perfect way to set yourself ahead. Other than that you also need to think of your preparation carefully. All of your plans will be useless if you do not prepare yourself with any risks that you are about to take. Preparation can help you to be readier to face any risks and to accomplish good results. Third, carry out the plan. After you have done everything you need, you can start to do everything that you have planned. Make sure that you do it carefully and thoughtfully.

In a nutshell, there are some things that you can do to avoid taking dangerous risks in your career. However, before taking any risks in your career, you have to consider a lot of things first, otherwise you can take the wrong step and ruin a lot of things that you have achieved. Taking risks can be a good thing if you are clever enough to make it so.
